Espresso or Short Black (ceramic demitasse)

A volume of 25ml including crema.






Ristretto

Ristretto (ceramic demitasse)

A volume of 15–20ml including crema.






Long Black

Long Black (ceramic cup)

A double shot of 30–40ml (double ristretto). Shot on top of hot water.






Macchiato

Macchiato (ceramic demitasse)

A single 25ml espresso with a dash of textured milk.






Piccolo Café Latte

Piccolo Café Latte (100ml glass)

A single 25ml espresso. Complimented with textured milk. With a 5mm depth of micro bubbles. When weak put a single shot 15-20ml ristretto.







Mocha

Mocha (glass)

A single 25ml espresso. With a teaspoon of chocolate powder. Complimented with textured milk. With a 10-15mm depth of micro bubbles. When weak put a single shot 15-20ml ristretto.







Cappuccino

Cappuccino (ceramic cup)

A single 25ml espresso. Complimented with textured milk. With a 10mm depth of micro bubbles. Garnished with chocolate powder. When weak put a single shot 15-20ml ristretto.





Flat White

Flat White (ceramic cup)

A single 25ml espresso. Complimented with textured milk. With a 2mm depth of micro bubbles. When weak put a single shot 15-20ml ristretto.







Café Latte

Café Latte (glass)

A single 25ml espresso. Complimented with textured milk. With a 10mm depth of micro bubbles. When weak put a single shot 15-20ml ristretto.
