The Coffee Lab Espresso School
In the pursuit of excellence, The Coffee Lab Espresso School, based on the Central Coast NSW, provides training workshops to the passionate barista.
Our Barista training is designed to benefit all levels of experience, whether you are non-industry, new to the industry or a professional barista.
Barista training classes are held on Tuesday and Saturday (mornings) along with evenings from 6.30-9.30pm Tuesday and Friday, at the Coffee Lab, Shop 2/30 Karalta Rd Erina.
Course prices are inclusive of GST. Our training Café’ Room is set up the same as a café’, so you get the right feel.

Classes are limited to groups of 6 people to allow for hands-on practice and one-on-one attention. Group bookings are welcome, and we can organise a time to suit.

The Discovery of Coffee
There are several legendary accounts of the origin of the coffee beverage, but the most popular one is attributed to an Ethiopian goat herder called Kaldi.
